She went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for me. She was very consistent with communication. She was very supportive throughout the entire home search and followed up after the search and process was complete.

I cannot sing this woman's praises enough! She definitely is not what one expects from a slick agent who forces one's hand with sales techniques that are frankly dated and transparent. Key operates from a place of integrity and authenticity like no other. If she doesn't have the answer, which is rare, she is forthcoming and then does her homework to get the answer. She understood there was a huge amount of emotion surrounding this decision to leave a beloved city, so near my beloved ocean, but simply had to when this beloved city and ocean were no longer safe for me. Yes, very real emotion surfaced and she handled it beautifully, with compassion, like the class act she is. She surprised me by driving me to the beach so I could see for real how to get there and that the beach is always there, no matter the locale. She is a human encyclopedia of resources and providers making it much easier to transition to the new neighborhood. Note, when something is told to Key, this info is retained and referred to at a later date. She listens and then acts. Oh, yes, she's also a lot of fun!!! No matter what's in store for Key, and I suspect some great things are going to happen because this is her positive nature, jump at the chance to work with her, wherever and whenever.
